Violet Szwajkowski (nee Nowakowski)

June 2, 1937 – July 9, 2020

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Violet at the age of 83.

Left to cherish her memory is her son Michel and daughters Bernadette and Patricia (Jill Edwards) and grandchildren Drew and Cora, brother Jean-Michel (Bernadette) and sister Jeanine, who will all miss her dearly.

Violet was predeceased by her husband Mike in 1969.

Cremation has taken place and at Violet’s request, no service will be held.

The family sincerely thanks the caring staff at the Devon General Hospital.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Violet, can be made to the Edmonton Humane Society and the Devon General Hospital Foundation.
