Shirley Marion Urquhart

It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Shirley Urquhart on January 21, 2022, following a recent cancer diagnosis.

She relished music and humour and took advantage of any opportunity to sing, play or share a joke with those around her.

Shirley is survived by her children Marie (Paul) Hutchinson and Stephen (Nancy) Jeffery, grandchildren Degan (Zaure) Jeffery and Meaghan (Kasey Beaton) Hutchinson, brother Rick Urquhart and sister Rebecca Urquhart. She was predeceased by her parents Ken and Marion Urquhart, and sister Linda Urquhart.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints - 9010 85 Street NW, Edmonton, AB.

In compliance with Alberta's Restriction Exemption Program, you will be required to provide proof of Vaccinations upon entry to the service: Alberta vaccine records with QR codes (paper or digital) or proof of a negative rapid COVID test taken within 72 hours of entry, or an original medical exemption letter along with photo ID.
