My uncle Reg will be dearly missed. But, won’t ever be forgotten. The great times I had on the back of his Honda 150, which included the near misses. The times we worked out & swam at the YMCA, and the quiet bike rides, with me on the back. riding through Springbank Park. Plus we enjoyed going to the movies to see great films like Hercules..
REST IN PIECE
Condolences on the passing of Uncle Reg Sambell. He will be fondly remembered.
Uncle Reg will be remembered by us as a quiet and gentle man. He came in 1960’s to live with Hal(Albert) & Jeanette in St. Albert to get some life experience in the west or so the story was told. Work was found(Custodian at Nait) & friendships were made and a beautiful life was lived. Rest in Peace Uncle Reg.
Reg was that younger, cool uncle as I was growing up. He was young enough that we could relate and he had cool hobbies such as working out and riding motorcycles. He was a quiet, gentle person and he will be remembered fondly.
I spent alot of time with Uncle Reg, the last 3 years more on the phone weekly due to changes to both our lives. I felt we were very close and I loved hearing him speak of times past. I miss him deeply.
