Polikriti (Jean) Georgiadis

Polikriti (Jean) Georgiadis passed away peacefully with her daughters and sisters by her side at the age of 75 years.

Polikriti will be lovingly remembered by her husband Demetre; daughters, Margo (Brian) Barton, Stamatina (Johnny) Sergiannis and Dimitra (Jordan) Georgiadis; grandchildren, Ethan, Amalia, Alexandra, Christina and Elizabeth and numerous family and friends.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at the Grey Nuns Hospital, Unit 43, Palliative Care Unit for their amazing love and support.

On behalf of the family, we would like to thank you for your support and love during this difficult journey.
