Remembering Paul on Remembrance Day

  1. Sending our utmost condolences to Shirley and family at this difficult time.

  2. Paul was my supervisor about 50 years ago and we became good friends from then on. My husband, Lloyd and I visited Paul as he rested at the Foyer Lacombe hospice. He still had his wonderful sense of humour. I knew Paul as wonderful, honest and caring man. He loved his family deeply and talked about wife, Shirley, as his one true love and best friend. He adored his daughter and granddaughters and was so very proud of his little family. Paul will be remembered and missed.

  3. We’ve always considered Paul a very special Uncle. So many great memories with him and Shirley…and all those amazing stories! He will be sorely missed but suffering no more. All our love, Cheryl, Connor Zac and Adam

  4. Shirley & Family
We are so very sorry for your great loss. Paul has been our best friend for many
years and was a pleasure to have known him. May he rest in peace!!
    All Our Love,
    Ed & Sophie Golko

  5. We are so very sorry for Paul’s passing and your tremendous loss. Our hearts go out to you Shirley, Carmen, Erin and Megan. Paul was a wonderful caring person and it was a privilege to know Paul as it is to know you Shirley. Love to you all,
    Carmain Chimko

  6. To Shirley and family
On behalf of myself and your late cousin, Dick, I send condolences to you at this difficult time. Losing a loved one is never easy but memories of a life well lived help a little. Dick always spoke caringly about all his Krewusik family and I know that if he was still here he would reach out to you to offer support. Take care Shirley and my thoughts are with you.

    Ollie (Dick) Hunka

  7. I have reflected on your life, Paul and our friendship over the years. St. Paraskevia at Downing would always have a feast day on July 26 / August 8 on the old calendar. https://www.goarch.org/-/feast-of-the-holy-righteous-martyr-saint-paraskevi
We would go to church then cross the road to your Belseck grandparents. There we had a big family reunion and then we ate.
The family prepared a great feast, Paul, and after the perohy and chicken and maybe lamb, you got the ball and bat and I chased that ball all over the field wherever you whacked it. That is just one special memory. (1952?)
I will miss you till we meet in the next “field”.
We are second cousins but you are first in my heart. You have earned your rest. Вічная пам’ять
    Ron
