Paul Peter Moronchuk
Paul Peter Moronchuk passed away peacefully at the age of 89 in St. Albert, Alberta, on Tuesday, August 6th, 2024. Born in the Buchanan district of Saskatchewan on November 7th, 1934, Paul led a life full of dedication, love, and adventure.
Paul was predeceased by his brother Michael on October 29th, 1951, and his sister Anne on March 27th, 2014. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 59 years, Helen, and his cherished sons, Len and Wayne. Paul was also a proud grandfather to four grandchildren.
Paul's career spanned nearly five decades with Chrysler Canada, including 26 years at Crosstown Motors in Edmonton, where he was celebrated for his outstanding achievements, winning the Top Parts Salesman Award for several years. His work ethic and commitment were admired by colleagues and friends alike.
Beyond his professional life, Paul was an avid outdoorsman with a deep passion for fishing, camping, and exploring the world. In 1979, he achieved a lifelong dream by obtaining his private pilot's license, allowing him to soar the skies in his personal Cessna 172 for seven wonderful years.
A service to honour and celebrate Paul's life will be held in Floral, Saskatchewan, with details to be announced. His legacy of love, adventure, and dedication will be forever remembered by those who knew him.
