Matilde Sabino Ferreira
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Matilde Sabino Ferreira at the age of 84 years. Born on June 6, 1938, our mother passed at home on March 15, 2023 in her sleep.
She was predeceased by her husband Manuel Ferreira in 2019.
She is survived by her children; Emanuel, Frank and Sandra, as well as her grandchildren; Miya, Ember and Matthew Ferreira, and Dre and Tavin Vos. She also leaves her brother Antonio Brinco, as well as numerous family and friends.
She loved flowers and she loved her plants, but most of all, she loved her family.

Emanuel, Frankie, and Sandra my deepest condolences on the passing of your mother. I gave so many fond memories of your mom. My favorite was when she bought California Italian sandwiches and took them on the plane for you all in Edmonton. Rest in peace, Tia. Love to you all.
My deepest sympathy to all the family. Mrs. Ferreira was our neighbour for 45 years. She was so kind and loving. Over the years we became friends and I will miss her so much.
My sincerest condolences for the loss of your loving mom. I recall Frank’s family’s birthdays with her and enjoyed sharing a lot of laughs. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
