Marlene “Jean” Granger

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Marlene "Jean" Granger on May 16, 2023 in Edmonton at the age of 73.

Jean will be lovingly remembered by her children, Jacqueline (John) and Randy (Amanda) of Edmonton. She will be deeply missed by her grandchildren: Tyler, Jessie, Josie, and Breannia of Edmonton, and granddaughter, Sirena of Westlock, and her great grandson, Dixon. She leaves behind brother, Glen (Margaret) Walker of Spruce Grove and numerous extended family and friends.

Jean was an animal lover and shared time with several dogs over the years. Her fur babies meant the world to her. She spoiled them more than her grandchildren, may she be reunited with them over the Rainbow Bridge.

Jean requested no services be held. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Jeans name to the Cross Cancer Institute.

The family would like to thank all the health care workers that helped us over the last several months. Your care and dedication is truly appreciated. Jean spoke often about all of the caregivers at Capital Care Norwood. She enjoyed all the wonderful people that she spent time with her during her last days.
