Mariano Victoria Araujo
Surrounded by his loving family, Mariano Araujo of Edmonton passed away peacefully on Friday January 24, 2014 at the age of 70 years.
Left to cherish his memory are his four children: Fernando (Jacqueline), Victor (Carmen), Michael (Allyson) and Bernadette (Stephen); five granddaughters: Ava, Kate, Sadie, Zoe and Mia; his brother Jaime; two sister-in-laws: Oriana and Clarisse as well as numerous relatives and dear friends. He was predeceased by his wife Deolinda in 2005.

O Mariano foi um amigo áparte… Amigo Desde sempre. Partilhei com Ele momentos de Alegria cantante, amizade fraternal, muitas vezes de discução mas sempre de entendimento no caminho de SERENIDADE. O MARIANO foi um Grande HOMEM em Nossa Comunidade. Ele colaborou sempre com todos os Párocos, Pastores de Nossa Comunidade, sempre dirigiu os cânticos nas celebrações, pretencendo ao Grupo Coral, ao Concelho Pastoral, ora Secretário ora tresoreiro… Mas De tudo o que Ele mais gostava era CANTAR!
Amava a Música… Também ajudou monetáriamente e sempre que a Igreja precisace de fazer obras, Ele Ali estava presente com a sua DÁDIVA ! Foi um grande benfeitor. A Nossa Comunidade FICA mais POBRE. DEUS te recompense Irmão em Cristo! OBRIGADO por tudo o que fisetes. OBRIGADO por faseres parte de minha vida.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to all your family. Sr. Mariano was a wonderful man and his smile and funny jokes will be greatly missed. Playing at the church was so easy when he was there as he was always willing to help out with anything and always had a way of making everyone feel welcome. He will be missed.
