On May 26, 2021 Mrs. Maria Moniz Pereira of Edmonton passed away at the age of 90 years.

Left to cherish her memory are her three loving children: Fatima, Paul (Kimberley) and Antonio (Crystal); three grandchildren: Michael (Danielle), Amie (Brett) Babkirk and Jordan (Charlotte) Pereira; seven great-grandchildren: Lateea, Maliah, Liam, Mason, Dominic, Harper and Emma as well as numerous relatives and many dear friends.

She was predeceased by her husband Antero, her grandson Eric and two infants Antero & Antonio.
