Lenworth Patrick Cornelius
Born on 25 June 1959 in St. John’s Antigua to Geraldine Cornelius née Brown and Malcolm Cornelius. He was the first of his mother’s six children and fourth of his Father’s 10 children inclusively.
He was preceded in death by his Father, and brother Floyd.
Lenny leaves to mourn his mother Geraldine Cornelius. His three children; Sheena Cornelius (Curt) Tamika Edwards (Yeasha) and Shane Cornelius. His four grandchildren Mila, Nathaniel, Nichole, and Nicholas.
Also mourning his loss are his sisters Sharon, Donna, and Germin Cornelius. As well as his brothers Devon Cornelius (Beth), Lyndon Cornelius (Georgia), Everton, Dane and John Cornelius.
Growing up in Antigua, Lenny excelled in his academics. He was a leader who was loved and respect by all around him young and old. Lenny left his native Antigua in 1980 to start a new journey in Canada. There he would continue to grow his family, drive Taxi in Edmonton for nearly two decades and would live for over 40 years.
Lenny will be remembered for his vibrant laugh and contagious smile which was instrumental in him making friends every where he went. He will be greatly missed.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday June 25th, 2022 at 11:00 am. It will take place at Millwoods Moravian Church 2304 38 St NW, Edmonton, AB. A reception will follow.

I always remember Len’s smile and laugh and how kind he was to my children. His wife ran a day home and my kids always spoke highly of Len as well.

Lenny is a very special man in my life and in my family. He brought a lot of laughs along with some tears however, He leaves an empty place now and he will never be forgotten.
