I was devastated to hear about Kareen’s passing. Kareen and I were introduced to each other through my friend Neil, and I was instantly drawn her wit, her sense of humor. and her ballsy attitude. In our meetings, we shared many conversations and menthol cigarettes on Neil’s sundeck, and even now, I can hear her laughter.. I appreciated her warm and generous personality and her soft vulnerability I shall miss seeing Kareen, and wish to extend my heartfelt condolences to her family and to Neil, her guardian angel .
Shocked to hear of Karren passing. She will be fondly remembered as the friend across the street with the sparkling eyes and bubbly personality. Our heartfelt condolences for her family and for Neil.
My dear friend is gone
We will meet again, I’m sure
I will miss you until then
Dear Kareen, I was thinking about you and realized I hadn’t heard from you for a while so looked you up on Facebook. There I read the terrible news that you had passed away too soon. When you would reminisce about your time in Tokyo, I understood your feelings perfectly. You roamed free and wild in that city and it was a blast to have shared that special time as house mates in Shibuya. I hope your soul is at peace. I will always remember your radiance.
