April 24, 1942 - March 3, 2019
With his loving wife by his side, Joao Macedo of Edmonton passed away peacefully on March 3, 2019 at the age of 76 years.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 53 years, Manuela; three children: Anabela Gomes, Marco Paulo Macedo and Melanie Macedo (Paul Buttrey); five grandchildren: Jesse Coulson, Evelina Victoria Macedo, Hayley Anna Macedo, Serena Aboudiwan (Robier) and Sara Gravel (Bernard); his three great-grandchildren: Dahlia Baxter, Hayden David Coulson and Jesse James William Coulson; his sister Ida Macedo as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
Please wear your Portugal, Benfica or Oilers Jersey in memory of Joao's beloved sports teams!
