It is with profound sadness that we say goodbye to Jerry.

He is survived by his loving wife Chris; sons Jay (Jody), Bill (Cathy) and James; stepdaughter Tania (Lee); sisters Dorothy, Carol, Lyn (David), Vicky (Pat) and brother Bob; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; his first wife Ellen as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

Jerry was predeceased by his parents and his sister Dianne (Ron).
