Irene Eleanor Martin
It is with sadness we announce that on August 28, 2024, Irene Martin passed away at the age of 92. Her easy laugh, playful nature and spunky personality will be missed by many.
She will be loving remembered by sister, Beulah, brother Gordon (Janet), sister-in-laws, Grace and Linda, many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews and many friends old and new.
Irene was predeceased by her loving husband John in 2016; brothers David, Jimmy, Dickie and Andy; parents Andrew and Vasti.

A private family cremation interment to be held at a later date in Parkside, SK, where Irene will be laid to rest alongside her husband.

It is with great sadness that we process the loss of my Aunt Irene Martin.

My wife Agatha and I are already missing our near weekly phone calls with Irene and are so grateful we were able to visit her once more for a few days this past June. Irene’s spunky personality was something very special.
Irene’s husband John was one of my Mom’s brothers and we continue to miss Uncle John very much as well.
