It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Gerald (Jerry) Malarsky at his home in Edmonton.

Jerry is survived by his loving wife Lynda of 46 years, as well as his children Steven (Meggan) and Michelle (Greg), and 2 beautiful grandchildren. Jerry also leaves behind his 2 brothers Ted and Robert (Fran), and sister Marlene, as well as several aunts and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Jerry will be laid to rest following his wishes for a private family funeral.

Any donations can be sent to the Canadian Lung Association.

  5. Lynda and family. I am devastated on learning about Jerry. He truly was like a brother to me. Liza and I both wish you our condolences at this time. He will now be free of any further suffering and can remain in Peace, although knowing Jerry like I did…he will be suggesting that he and his friends get together to help fix something or other nearby !
    We were just discussing getting the guys together for a spring luncheon soon. He will be sadly missed. He was a great guy, a true friend, a damned hard working family man. Thoughts are with you. Big hugs.
