Emily Guzman Leach (nee Perez)

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Emily Leach on Friday April 10 . Emily had Parkinson disease and progressive dementia in the later part of her life.

She is survived by her husband Brad, children Jessica and Jordan, daughter- in - law Rayna and grandchild Monroe. In addition she leaves behind two brothers Pablo Perez and Benjamin Perez, also many nieces and nephews.

We would like the thank all the patient care staff at Jasper Place Continuing Care Centre for looking after Emily the past 15 months, especially Alma who provided special care and compassion the finals days before Emily passed away.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be announced later once family and friends are able to gather to celebrate Emily’s life.
