Dominic Hickey
It is with great sadness that the family of Dominic Hickey announces his passing on September 9, 2021, at the age of 36, following a courageous 2 year battle with cancer.
He will be deeply missed by his loving husband Boaz; beloved companion Parker; mother Mary Jane; father Gus (Marjorie); sister Megan (Heather) and #1 niece Natalie.
He will also be dearly missed by his large extended family and friends all over the world.
Dominic was predeceased by his brother, Patrick; both maternal and paternal grandparents.
The Memorial Service for Dominic will be conducted from Trinity Funeral Home, Edmonton AB 10530 Ave 116 St on Friday September 17th, starting at 9 am, and will be livestreamed starting at 9:30am through this link; https://ca.bbcollab.com/guest/99ca76110a0f43e8bb072f4bb4dbf68d
Dominic's final resting place will be in Grand Le Pierre, Newfoundland at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Pilgrims Hospice Society in Dominic's name for their amazing care to us in his final days.

My condolences to the family. What a tragic loss to be taken so young. I know you’re family and your husband will never understand why you we’re talking my so young. I met you in Newfoundland when you we’re so young at Xmas. We went sledding at night and eat doughnuts with hot chocolate afterwards. So many great memories.
