Delbert Paul O’Brien

It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Del on January 21, 2024 at the age of 85.

The beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather will be greatly missed.

He will be deeply missed by his wife Betty of almost 58 years.

Left to cherish his memory is his son, Tim (Celine), O’Brien with their children Arielle, Gabriel and Nathaniel; daughter Colleen (Ken) Ewashko, with their children Kelsa (Shane) Unruh, Justin (Emily) Ewashko, Katelin (Mason) Torresan, Lucas Ewashko and great grandkids, Kash, Saxon and Sienna, Maisie and Benjamin, Lennon, Briar and Vayda; daughter Connie (Gord) Balan, and their children Garrett and Jessie; brother Ken (Lois) O’Brien; sister in law Bev O’Brien; sister Myrna (Morris) Ewasiw; brother Milton O’Brien and many relatives and friends.
Del is joining his mom and dad, Edna and Tom; his brother Lloyd; his sister Lorna and her husband John; his great granddaughter Presley; and his best friend Isadore in heaven.

Celebration of life, visitation and luncheon will be held February 11, 2024 at 1 PM at the Egremont Hall.
