Candace Kim Armstrong
October 30, 1969 – December 1, 2020
It is with heartfelt sadness and profound emotions, that we announce the sudden and untimely death of Candace Armstrong.
Candace is survived by her loving mother Diane Armstrong of Edmonton, brother and closest friend Bradley Armstrong of Edmonton, nephew Darian Arnold and great niece Maddy Arnold of Wainwright, niece Kennedy Zurborg of Toronto as well as numerous close family and friends.
She was predeceased by her father Dave Armstrong in 2013, paternal grandparents Tom and Hilda Armstrong and maternal grandparents John and Bridget McManus.
True to her compassionate nature, Candace has graciously donated her organs to the Hope Program. Cremation has taken place and due to COVID-19 restrictions, no further arrangements have been made at this time.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to all of the family and friends that have reached out and kept us in their thoughts and prayers.
A special thank you to Dr. Markland and the ICU team at the Royal Alex Hospital for the excellent care given to Candace and our family.
My prayers and thoughts go out to the family and friends of Candace. I am so happy that I got to meet such an amazing woman and got to spend some time with her and Jamie. I will never forget you Candace. You will always be in my heart. Xo xo I will always miss you 😘
