Alfredo Pellegrino
Alfredo is survived by his partner Bonnie, son Francesco (Victoria) granddaughter Elizabella, son Marco (Angelica) grandsons Giordano and Massimo and granddaughter Ava Rose, one sister Teresa Pellegrino and many nieces and nephews.
Alfredo came to Edmonton from Italy in 1967. He worked in the construction industry eventually specializing in concrete construction. He married and had two sons, Francesco and Marco. Soccer and Gardening were his passion. A memory as he not only played himself, after long hard days running cement crews he and his boys would head to the soccer field picking up some of the local boys along the way and had the energy to coach the game. His love of family was exceptional.
He continued in concrete construction up until recently when he decided to take a pause.
Alfredo enjoyed cooking, his garden, playing cards, and also for many years in the fall loved making his own wine in the traditional way.
He was always hard working, straightforward and honest and had a kind heart.
He will be missed by all of us.

It’s never easy to lose a father but it’s easy to remember the good times and hold on to those memories.
It was a hard-working man that never stood still.
