I am so disheartened to hear this news. Bill was an amazing man, whom I had the privilege of knowing from my youth into my adult years. I remember when I first met him how shy and quiet he seemed. As I came to know him over the years, it became clear that he was a barrel of laughs and fun to be around. Bowling buds, coach, and friend.
You will be forever missed Bill.
Thinking of all of you during this difficult time, and my sincere apologies.
With love,
Erie
Donna and family…I’m so sorry to hear about Bill…he will be sorely missed….
Maureen…bowling buddy
Donna, Jenny and rest of family. We are so sorry for the loss of Bill. But he is no longer fighting his battle. We were bowling with athletes on Saturday and some are taking it very hard. It will be hard to fill his shoes in the bowling world..
My thoughts and prayers are with your family. Bill was a great man and loved by so many. He will truly be remembered for ever. May he rest in peace.
To the family of Bill Cox, Sorry to hear about Bill. He was a very good friend and coach. He will be very sadly missed.
My heart goes out to you Donna, Jenny and your boys and the rest of your family as you deal with this terrible loss. Bill was a friend and I know how much he loved his grandchildren; such a dedicated and devoted Grandpa. Knowing he is no longer in pain will certainly be a comfort to you as you move on. Sorry I couldn’t be there as you held a celebration of Bill’s life, but I learned of it too late. Take care of each other and if I can be of any help to you, please let me know.
Bill was the head coach at callingwood lanes. Me and him got along great. Ill always remember his great sense of humour and his love for country music. 58 was way too young for him to go. RIP
I new bill for 25 years in the bowling leagues around the city and had the honour to play against him. He was an amazing man to be around on and off the bowling lanes. You will be missed from the great game you loved to play. I give my condolence to your wife that was always there to cheer you on and your daughter, grandchildren and the rest of your family. Rip bill and keep throwing those strikes in heaven.
To Donna, Jenny and your family I offer my sincere sympathies on Bill’s passing. I always appreciated his subtle sense of humour. He had many friends and they, along with you all will miss him dearly.
Bill has been a part of our lives for many years. He was a wonderful person, and will be sadly missed , not only from Corinne, and myself, but many of our bowlers. We are very sorry for your loss. May you rest in peace Bill!!!!!!
