Uncle Ted you were taken away from us so suddenly. I will never forget all our adventures together. You were always the first person to do anything for you family and friends. Always making us laugh, that is what I’ll miss. We will be together again and I’ll buy you those slurpees I owe you!!! Love you forever. Krista <3
Uncle Ted, I remember seeing you all day when I came over. I remember all the times I helped you in the yard to help you clean up and in the afternoons we would go out and sun tan. All the time we would make bets on who will get a question right and win a slurpee, I always lost and bought you a larger slurpee, and you always finished them. I will never forget your famous mac and cheese you made. We will be together again and eat Mac and cheese with hotdogs and slurpees and most importantly be together. I love you sooo much & I will never forget you. You are the best uncle a niece could ever ask for. Love Nicole <3
My precious Ted,
“If I could turn back time”…I don’t have those powers, but what I do have are all the great memories and no one can take those away from me. You are so precious to me Ted, I am blessed to have you in my life. , the only regret I have is that I could not take away your pain. Your big heart, your kindness and personality brings smiles to everyone. You always put others before yourself, wether at home or at work.. You will always be the best caregiver for mom and dad and no one can replace you.
Ted, you will always be in my thoughts and my heart… I love you so much… I know you will always be with me.
Love with all my heart your sister Ines
It sucks looking at my phone every morning thinking when your going to text me to come and see you. I miss you lots , it’s like I lost a Best friend. You and I uncle Ted we will see eachother again , you were a major impact on my life & I have a lot to thank you for. Love you, see you later .
What wonderful and caring man Ted was. His family was the most important part of his life and they meant so much to him. Heaven has a new angel but his family has lost so much. May God give you all strength and help carry you through this difficult time. Cherish the special memories and all the love you shared. Ted will always be by your sides watching over you.
Rest in peace Ted. You were loved , will be missed but never forgotten. And don’t forget there is a truck race that someday will be waiting to take place.
Sending you our love,
Mino and Lotetta
Dear Maddalena family, our heart felt sympathies and condolences to all of you go in this mourning period of your great lose. Ted was always very social and acknowledged you when he spotted someone he knew. Many times we would see him at Save on Foods and out of no where when least expected he would appear to say “Hi ”
Always a smiles on his face and a cheerful attitude you will be remembered.
With great lose and always in our hearts we all cherish your memories.
Maria and David

A beautiful, bright and happy soul now enters Heaven, and we below can only feel the loss. We’re so blessed to have many, many, many happy memories and laughs to look back on (we never go on a waterslide without a salute to you). Ted, you were the greatest gentleman – caring, loving, selfless. Every life you touched was made better by your presence & influence. Your nieces and nephews will carry on your legacy and all you taught them with pride. It was far too short a time to be with you my dear cousin. Please continue to watch over your parents and family. Until we meet again . . .
Ted, as sad as we are that your time here was cut short I feel blessed to have had a cousin like you in my life. A gentle giant & a true gentleman you never thought twice about helping someone out, always putting other before yourself, and a trait many of us could learn from, you always let your family know how important & loved they were.
I’m grateful for the time we spent together over the past few years, whether it was jewelry shopping in NY, going down water slides at Sylvan Lake or just sitting out in the yard and talking, it’s memories i will hold on to and treasure .
Your body may be gone but your spirit lives on.
I love you and I miss you.
Dear Maddalena Family,
I was so sorry and sad to read of Ted’s passing. It was heartwarming to read the condolences written about Ted as that is also how I remember him. I worked with Ted at Alberta Vocational College when he was a student there the 2nd time. It was always a pleasure to work with Ted as he was always a true gentleman, generous, caring and motivated in his pursuit of work. My heartfelt sympathy to all of you in your loss.
Judy
Dear Maddalena Family –
I have very fond memories of Ted. In high school – many years ago – when I would come over and visit Ines, Ted would always tease me and make me laugh. He had the best sense of humor…one day we will both laugh together. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
