On January 29, 2014 Donald James Yakimovitch passed away unexpectedly. Donald is survived by his mother Angela Yakimovitch, Brother Lorne Yakimovitch and sisters, Lorraine (David) Mapleton and Judy (Mark) Harris, as well as nieces and nephews, Kurtis Yakimovitch, Karmelle Yakimovitch, Christopher Mapleton, Kelsey (Jeff) Huyghebaert, Jennifer (Walter) Laxson and Lauren (Wayne) Morrison

Donald was predeceased by his Father John Yakimovitch who passed away September 25, 2013.

A private cremation has taken place, with a memorial service to be held in Vernon BC at a future date.

    My condolences. Don ‘the Yak’ was a well travelled friend, he braved the deep waters of architecture along with the rest of us in the 1970’s
    1980’s, 1990’s and into 2000. Him and those times we will always remember.
