Jeremais Tavares

March 20, 1939 – October 23, 2012

In loving memory of Jeremias who passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the age of 73.

Jeremias is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Lidia; two daughters: Grace (Russell) and Louisa; four grandchildren: Michelle, Adrienne, Ryan and Zachary; his sister Maria Dos Anjos Pimental Tavares; two brothers: John Tavares and Jose Tavares as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Jeremias loved his family dearly and he will always remain in our hearts.

The family would like to extend their thanks to the nurses and doctors of the University of Alberta Hospital for their kindness, compassion and gentle care of Jeremias.
