Edna and Family,
Don and I were friends of Wendall’s as we grew up in West Kildonan in Winnipeg. Don and Wendall were school friends. We attended Kildonan United Church and a Young People’s Group that was a part of the Church.
We shared many great times with Andrea and Wendall in Gros Isle where they resided.
Don and I also shared time with Wendall’s children, Sean and Jody. We also knew Wendall’s parents and brother as we shared time with them in West Kildonan.
Please accept our condolences, as Wendall was an important part of our lives, as well as being a part of our parents lives.
Thinking of you and your family at this time.
Karen and Don Gundrum

I am saddened to hear of Wendall’s passing. My deepest sympathy to Edna and the family. Wendall was my colleague at ATCO I-Tek. I worked with Wendall on several projects and found him an easy-going and very cooperative professional. Wendall will be dearly missed. May he rest in peace.
Wow I never knew my grandfather was so loved by all
I worked closely with Wendall for a number of years at Canadian Utilities (ATCO I-Tek). He was always an integral part of any team he was on. I had a great deal of respect for his abilities and knowledge.
Please accept my condolences on the loss of this wonderful man.
