Carol Leigh MacLean

On January 22, 2020, Carol “stepped off the porch”. She will be lovingly remembered by her friends and family.

Carol was born in Regina and taught English with the EPSB for 30 + years. She and her husband Richard Purcell had been retired for over 25 years and have especially enjoyed travelling, and their home in Mazatlán, Mexico.

The family greatly appreciates the compassionate care provided by the Cross Cancer Institute, the Stony Plain Westview Health Centre and for the support from all of our friends and neighbors.

In lieu of a donation or flowers, you might consider an act of kindness for a friend or stranger.

As per Carol’s wishes, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
