Rose Marie Pollitt
Peacefully, in the arms of her husband and surrounded by family and friends, Rose passed away on November 6, 2019 at the age of 71 years.
Rose will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 45 years, David; brother, Andrew Kostyk (Beatrice) of Victoria, BC; niece, Susanne Mathison (Michael Cavanaugh) of Los Angeles, California; niece, Debbie Beaulieu (Steve) and nephew, Bill Kostyk, all of Victoria, BC; great nephews, John, Chase, & Kyle; brother-in law, Ross Pollitt (Lorraine); niece, Ashley Pollitt, and nephew, Randy Pollitt all of Calgary, AB. Two Aunts and many cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her parents John Kostyk in 1984 and Mary in 1971.
Rose was born in Radway Alberta, raised in that area and then moved to Edmonton after completing high school. She became a para-legal and enjoyed that occupation for many years.
Rose and David settled in St. Albert and lived there for their entire married life.
At Rose’s request, no service will be held.
If desired, memorial donations may be made in Rose’s memory to the Alberta Cancer Foundation or a charity of your choice.
