Our condolences.

Wanda was my first myositis contact and we spent a lot of time on the phone supporting each other. She fought this disease with everything she had for as long as she could.
I like to think that she is on the other side moving her body in ways she hasn’t been able to for a long time and loving every minute of it!
Heather
Dear Ed and Ruby, my sincere condolences on the loss of wonderful Wanda. She became a good friend when we worked as SAP Analysts at TELUS! Everybody loved Wanda and she was an amazing Analyst.
I’m sorry to hear how she suffered so in this past year. Wanda LOVED ALL of you and of course her cherished grandchildren. God Bless you all as yo know Wanda is now at peace and watching over her family from heaven. Sincerely, Jan Lovie
Warren and I are so sorry to hear about Wanda’s passing. She was such a driving force getting Myositis Canada up and running. Her organization skills were unbelievable. We are truly sorry for your loss.
Sorry I will not be able to attend Wanda’s Celebration of Life Ed. Will be thinking of you and Ruby and know that you will have support from each other as well as family and friends.
Sincere condolences from Myositis Canada for your loss. Wanda was instrumental in establishing Myositis Canada as a Canadian non-profit and will be remembered.
I was so sad to hear of Wanda’s passing. She was a wonderful friend and co-worker – we had many laughs together and I cherished her friendship! Ed you were her rock and she loved you so dearly, you were always there for her. And Ruby – she talked of you all the time and of her darling grandchildren. She will be forever in our hearts and I’m so lucky to have had Wanda as my friend! Take care of yourselves as that’s what she would have wanted and treasure the memories.
My thoughts are with you Ed and Ruby. She cherished you. I feel so fortunate I got the chance to know Wanda. Besides being work friends we took 2 years of American Sign Language. She was much better than me at it. She was a wonderful soul.
Sorry I couldn’t express this in person.
The World has lost a true treasure, I will always remember her warmth and energy.
Prayers are with you all as we share the memories.
Deepest Condolences,
Tony
I am so sorry, Wanda was such a beautiful person…..my condolences to Ed and family.
Ed and Ruby, I’m so sad to hear about Wanda’s passing. Wanda and I worked together at TELUS a good few years ago and stayed in touch for quite a while afterwards. She loved her family dearly and was such a good person. She touched everyone she knew. I will say a prayer for you and your family to help you get through this difficult time.
To Gordon Coxon & family!
I am very sorry to hear of your loss. My mom spoke of all of your children often, including Wanda. Dermatomyositis is also what took mom home. May they enjoy paradise with our King of Kings, and those who have gone before —- until we meet again.
God bless you all.
