Irma Julia Halverson

It is with great sadness that we announce that on March 20, 2019 Irma Halverson passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the age of 88.

Irma will be lovingly remembered by her son Kevin Halverson (Lorie), daughter Karen Lloyd (Jerry), grandchildren Jessica (Dan), Matthew (Lauren), great grandchildren Ben and Joey. Also, her brother-in-law Everett (Joyce), sister-in-laws Del & Jeanette, many nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Albert, son-in-law Michael & recently in January her sister Violet.

The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the staff at Sherwood Care & The Good Samaritan Southgate for their kind and compassionate care shown to Irma.

The family will hold a celebration of Irma’s life at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Irma’s memory to the Alzheimer Society of Alberta or a charity of your choice.
