Sharon Shirley Lake (nee Smith)
July 4,1942 – March 4, 2019
It is with great sadness that the family of Sharon Lake announces her passing on March 04, 2019.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children, David (Judylynn) Lake, Gordon (Shelly) Lake, and Brenda Needham; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sisters, Doreen; Wendy (Peter); Donna (Duane); brother Don (Jean); sister-in-laws, Doreen, Barb, Bev; numerous relatives and friends. Sharon was predeceased by the love of her life Fraser, husband of 41 years; her mother and father; brothers Denny and Ron; and brother-in-law Raymond.
Sharon was born and raised in Olds, Alberta but resided most of her life in Edmonton. She embraced life to the fullest and was always offering to help someone. We will forever remember her for her strength, love, determination and witty humour.
