Sharon Gilbank Kearl
Sharon Gilbank Kearl, 78 passed away peacefully on July 28th, 2024, in St. Albert, in the presence of her son Jeff and friend Barb.
Sharon was born to Patricia Gilbank and Roy Dennis on November 11, 1945 in Midland Ontario.
Sharon loved to sing and be jolly, so much so that any time was a time for song. She lived a life devoted to Christ and His love shone through in her compassion, laughter, and kindness.
Sharon was a fun, adventurous and loving mother who worked diligently to provide for her family. She completed her Master’s degree in Education and shared her passion for teaching in Edmonton, the USA and Mexico.
She is survived by her sons James and Jeff, siblings Ray and Shiela, and grandchildren Morgan, James, Johnathan, Hannah, Carson and Malory, along with her many close friends in Alberta and Mexico who will cherish her memory and the lessons and joy she imparted.
Sharon’s exuberance for life was displayed in love and kindness and will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Met Sharon years ago when we became Fraternal Order of Eagle members many years ago. We had many laughs together whenever we met….saw each other by chance at the local A&W and had lunch while she was waiting for her dental appointment. Hugs and laughters as we parted ways .
I did not know that She had passed, my condolences to her family. Peaceful resting Sharon.
