I only know Willy through the people who loved him, and I knew him as a loving family man, a rock of an older brother, and a guy who brings a smile to those who are remembering him. I know you are dearly missed. Peace to those who are hurting by your loss.
I worked with Willy for about the past 9 years. He always tried to pretend he was a gruff cranky old bugger but I had a way of making him laugh. He was a teddy bear inside. I will miss him telling me to go do some work for a change. The world needs more people like him. Cherish your memories especially the boating vacation
I had the privilege of working with Willie as one of my dispatchers for over 15 years. His ability to juggle driver capability, equipment sequencing, timing. and customer needs with grace and skill was a standard attained by no one else I have ever known. His worth to the company far exceeded any remuneration that was given him. To the family, I want you to know that Willie made Westcan a very good place to work and his kindness and skill will remain in my heart forever. I am truly touched contemplating your loss. May the peace of God comfort your shattered hearts
