Brett Aaron Abrams

Our much loved Brett was born on Sunday, May 11, 1975 (Mother’s Day), and passed away on Sunday, February, 11, 2024 at the young age of 48.

Left to mourn his loss are: Richard and Dianna; Jayson, Tanya, Gabby and Tyler; Christian, Willow, Sawyer and Walker (and Nickie); Shauna; Brant, Isabella and Ryker; Jenna and Corey; Trent, Danya and Jordan; Deb; Jodie; Dayne; Taylor, Megan, Ada and Rori; Kevin and Lisa; Curtis, Amy, Makenna and McCoy; Cassandra, Savannah, Jack, Ricky and Addalynn; Jeffery and Ashley; and many other relatives.

Brett lived most of his life in Alberta and spent 12 years living in BC; Langley, White Rock and Surrey, where he enjoyed the milder weather.

He travelled to Greece, Hawaii, Palm Springs and spent many summer vacations in Kelowna and area with family, as recently as 2023.

He was hoping to enjoy watching more Oilers games, more Blue Jays games, more of Gabby’s and Tyler’s hockey games, more vacations in Kelowna, and driving his ‘92 Mustang, but sadly this was not to be.

Brett did believe that there is something beyond death and we hope he has been reunited with our many loved ones gone before him.

We will love and miss him forever.

Interment of Brett’s ashes in his final resting place will take place at a later date.

A Celebration of Life for Brett will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at the Whitemud Creek Community Centre at 1 pm.

Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of one’s choice.
