Eric “Will” William Rushton

Even though your song has ended, your melody lingers on.

It is with saddened hearts that we say goodbye to Will- just 60 years old- the youngest of six children.

Will was predeceased by his father Eric Percy Rushton in 1989. Survived by his mother, Joan (née Lockyer) of Parksville, BC; his five siblings: Jane (Charles and family) of St. Albert, AB, Edward (Bonnie and family) of St. Albert, AB, Susan (Paul-deceased, and family) of Parksville, BC, Kelsi (Joy and family) Scotland and Oliver (Louise and family) of Edmonton, AB.

Will also leaves to mourn his loss of several relatives in the United States, the United Kingdom and France.

Will was born in Edmonton and at seventeen moved to Vancouver Island with his parents. In his mid-twenties he moved back to Edmonton where he drove semi-trailer trucks for various companies.

Will loved reading, watching a variety of movie genres, listening to music and playing his guitars. Will also enjoyed the freedom of riding on his beloved Harley.

He will be greatly missed.
