It is with deep sadness that the family of Angela Annette LaFleur nee Descheneaux, announce her sudden passing on December 6th.

Beloved daughter, sister, niece, aunt, mother and grandmother. Angie was cherished by so many and deeply loved by her two families. Her mother; Joan, her sister; Michele, her brothers; Leon, Michael and Matthew. Her father; Leon, her sisters; Betty, Kristina and Lisa, her brothers; Todd and Jeffrey. Daughter, Carlee and grandchildren McKenzie and Logen. Remembered with love by her nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins and many friends.

Angie was born on May 17, 1965 in Edmonton.
While attending school, she enjoyed running and participating in track and field events. Angie had a passion for music and singing and often shared her musicality with family. After graduating she completed her program as a Health Care Aide. Angie took great joy in providing tender care and visitation to many senior clients throughout Alberta. Angie was given gifts of encouragement, kindness and generosity, she loved to volunteer and had a talent for baking and making wonderful meals for others. She was always thinking of creative ways to be a blessing to others; such as baking cookies for children's church, packing lunches, participating in choir, and even tried her hand at working the sound system for church services. Angie truly enjoyed meeting new people and making friends wherever she went. We will hold onto the precious memories of your sweetness, laughter and love.

Memorial to be announced.

  1. I send my sincere condolences during this time of sorrow. The Bible promises that your loved one will live again on a beautiful paradise earth when death will be no more. (John 5:28, 29; Revelation 21:4)

  2. My sincere sympathy and condolences to the family. Angie had been a long time friend to me since grade 2. We lived down the block from each other, went to the same school and I always remember so many fun times hanging out and playing. In our adult life, Angie and I would message each other periodically and we kept in touch…. asking how things were going from time to time, and just to say hi. It was always so nice hearing from her and knowing she was there. She was kind, caring and considerate I will miss her dearly.. Blessings, and my thoughts and prayers are with the family.🩷🌷🙏😇 May she rest in peace . Sincerly Jeannie Martini
