DONNALEE KLEM (MANDERSCHEID)

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Donnalee.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Doug, of 45 years, her children, Carly and Cameron (Lindsay) and her beloved grandchildren, Denika, Hailey, Hannah and Kade. She is also survived by her sister, Denise Hollingshead (Jim) and brother, Bruce, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Donnalee was born June 2, 1953 in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan to Helen and Raymond Manderscheid. She was the oldest of five siblings. They all moved to Edmonton in 1964.

Donna and Doug were married in October, 1977 and built their life in North Edmonton with both of their children and eventually resided in their dream home in St. Albert.

Donna was predeceased by her parents and her two brothers, Keith and Brian Manderscheid.

Donna will always be remembered for her love of family and her grandchildren, her appreciation of nature, and her passion for sewing, family vacations and time spent at the family cabin. Her humor, storytelling and jokes will be missed by all.

A Celebration of Life will be announced in early January, 2023.

  6. Doug and Family. We just found out about Donna’s passing when you Sister advised us of the service at the Highlands United Church and wish our deepest condolences to you and your Family. It was at the lovely service but unfortunately my back acted up and I could not stay for the luncheon after the service. Linda, unfortunately was not able to attend.

You and your Family have to remember all the good times that all of you had together with Donna to help you get past this trying time. You never fully get over it but time does help you get some relief..
