It is with heavy hearts that the family of Mrs. Philomena Dolan, of Edmonton, announce her passing on September 22, 2022 at the age of 66.

She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Maureen (Dino) Borrelli, son Clayton (Kristy) Dolan, 5 grandchildren; Jordan, Ella, Sadie, Holly and Carter,  brothers Barry (Doris) Quinn, Anthony (Glenna) Quinn and Kevin (Kathleen) Quinn, sisters Patricia (Jimmy) McGill, Sandra Wenzel, Bernadette (Paddy) McGill, Colleen (Mario) Moretti and Heather Quinn, sisters-in-law Arlene Manning and Colleen Dolan as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  

Philomena is predeceased by her husband Jimmy, parents Mark and Teresa and her brother Darrell. 

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at 10:00 am at Trinity Funeral Home, 10530 116 Street, Edmonton.

  11. My deepest condolences to all the family of Philomena. I was fortunate to work with Phil for many years at IBM but more fortunate to be able to call her my friend. She was an amazing person and friend. There was nothing I could not feel safe sharing with her and knowing that she would always listen and care. I will miss her very much and she will always be in my heart. RIP my dear friend, may the angels carry you home to be reunited with your love Jimmy and all of your family. Until we meet again.

  14. Very sorry to learn of Phil’s passing. I knew her from her work at Alberta Justice where she was a highly regarded and cherished staff member…a true team player who filled the office with her cheerfulness and laughter. Her family is in my prayers.

Phil, every time I shop my memories shift to “start the car” and Mrs. Browns Boys. Sandra I am praying for you to find comfort that you were able to spend her last year as roomies. I love you Phil and miss you but know you are at peace in Jimmy’s arms and surrounded by family. RIP dear seester.

  24. My condolences to all of Philomena’s family and friends. She will be dearly missed by many and we all have fond memories of her. I worked with Phil at IBM and only had a glimpse into her personal life, but I do know she loved her heritage and family deeply. She shared pictures and cute videos of her dear grandchildren and was proud of her family. At work, Phil took good care of her team and conscientiously did her important job each and every day. She had a strong work ethic and I had a great deal of respect for her. I will remember Phil’s sense of humour and her infectious smile. Rest In Peace Philomena. Peace be with all of you.
