In loving memory of William Kolybaba who passed away on January 28, 2017 at the age of 61 years. William was born on September 30, 1955 in Radway, Alberta.

He is survived by his mother, Mary; his brothers: Fred, Nicholas, Terris, Thomas and Walter. He is also survived by his nephew Michael.

He was predeceased by his father Nick on February 5, 1988.
