Doreen Fay Easton
Doreen passed away in the early hours of the morning during her stay at the Edmonton University Hospital from complications of a fall and breathing problems.
She will be missed by her husband (Frank) of 65 years, two sons, Gordon ( Dianna) and Dean (Brenda) , five grandchildren, and a nephew in British Columbia. A Brother and Sister in law as well as many nephews and nieces on Franks side of their family
Doreen was predeceased by her parents Ken and Mary Myers as well as her only sibling Harold Myers.
If you called in to see us on a warm day in summer you would probably find Doreen in the back yard tending to her flowers or down on her knees picking up helicopters (tree seeds) from surrounding trees so they could never see the sign of day in our yard.
She did not want any memorial service, and some time after cremation her ashes will be buried in the High View Saskatchewan Cemetery.
Susan and I send our deepest condolences to Uncle Frank and all the family. Auntie Doreen will be missed.
Dear Frank and Family;

What a nice picture of Doreen. I wish we could have seen more of her in the past years but even so, she is missed.
We send our sympathies on the passing of your beautiful wife. I can well imagine that she spent much time in her backyard. That seems to be a family trait. I was aware of her difficult days as my sister kept me uodated. Wishing you and your family the comfort of precious family memories.
Our condolences to Frank and the Easton family
