Birth April 22 1938 in Sidney, Nova Scotia to December 15, 2016
Predeceased by parents; Kenneth Coombs and Irene Coombs, siblings Joan Foote (Coombs), Marilyn Pugh (Coombs), John Coombs, Shirley MacNevin (Button), and Don Button. Survived by her brothers Kenneth Coombs (Dodie) and David Coombs (Maggie) and sister Ruby Montgomery (Button). Bernice is lovingly remembered by her husband Wray Arnold Kent, her children Barbara Jo Kent, David Kent (Dana) and Dickson Kent (Ada), grandchildren; Justin (Alyssa), Cynthia, Franklin, Eliza and great grandchildren; Lucas and Reilly and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

We were shocked and saddened to hear of my precious cousin Bernice ‘s passing. Bernice and I shared a special bond as sisters and our family loved her dearly. We spent many hours chatting and although we lived many miles apart we were always close in our hearts. Bernice has left a void that will never be filled. Deepest sympathy to Wray, Barbie, David , Dickson and their families. My heart aches for each and everyone of you. Wish I was able to attend the service with you all.
