Daphne Rita (Fairbairn) Tutty

On July 31, 2016 Daphne passed away peacefully at the age of 90 years.

Daphne was predeceased by her husband Earl William (Bill) of 56 years, son Dale and sister Beryl.

Daphne will be lovingly remembered by her two sons, Lester (Lynda) and Glenn (Faye); four daughters, Wendy (Doug) Young, Dawn (Chuck Jeannotte) Tutty, Faye (John) Linster, and Lynn (Rick) Paulitsch; 16 grandchildren, Patrick (Jenelle), Shannon, Bryan (Michelle), Chris, Keri-Dawn (Dan), Graeme, Meike, Tonya (Lane), Jarrett (Magan), Marina (Tom), Holly, Landon (Christina), Jim, Amanda, Ashton and Brett; and seven great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Maverick, Alex, Ariel, Mikaela, Roman and Ross.

Daphne was born in London, England and moved to Edmonton in 1946 along with her Canadian soldier Bill, who was born and raised in Edmonton, and their newborn son. Her family grew substantially after her arrival. She dedicated many years to raising her large family that she was very proud of and she enjoyed years of winter vacations with Bill in their retirement.
