It is with profound sadness that the family of Lisa Teixeira of Edmonton announce her sudden passing on April 9, 2015 at the age of 38 years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 20 years, Rui; her three children: Andrew, Isabel and Victoria; her mother Sandra Casella; two brothers: Marco and Riccardo as well as numerous relatives and many dear friends. She was predeceased by her daughter Maria Angelina and her father Salvatore.

It is with an absolutely broken heart that I offer my condolences to my brother – in – law and nieces and nephew about the loss of their mother, wife and my beautiful sister. My sincere condolences and prayers go out to Lisa’s husband and children. Sandra, mark and Ricky, I am at a loss for words. Lisa and I still kept a connection for 33 years and she was my first friend. She had a good heart and was a true friend. I will forever remember her and all of our moments we shared together. With a heavy heart I am truly sorry for the loss of Lisa. May she rest in peace and keep her close in our hearts.

My wife and I send our condolences to the Casella family and Lisa’s other loved ones. I knew and have sometimes worked alongside Lisa’s dad Salvatore and met Lisa and her brothers when they were children, when I was married to Salvatore’s niece Teresa. May God rest Lisa in peace.
